A factual list of DoconDuty features that are available, restricted to certain roles, incomplete or not available.

This page lists, factually, what DoconDuty does today. It was checked against the application's screens and its access rules, and against the application's automated tests, on 16 October 2026.

Accounts and access

Feature Status Notes
Separate portals for Admin, Doctor, Pharmacy, Lab, Front Desk ✅ Log in through Choose Your Portal on the home page.
Hospital data kept separate between hospitals ✅ Staff see only their own hospital's records.
Hospital Admin creates Front Desk, Billing, Pharmacy and Lab accounts 🔒 Hospital Admin (and Super Admin). Temporary password is emailed.
Deactivate / reactivate staff 🔒 Hospital Admin, Staff page. Takes effect immediately.
Edit staff details, change a staff member's role, reset a staff password, delete staff ❌ Not on screen. Contact platform support.

Patients and appointments

No Show ✅ Front Desk, Hospital Admin, Doctor.
Cancel appointment 🔒 Hospital Admin and doctors (status menu). Not on the Front Desk page.
Reschedule appointment 🔒 Hospital Admin, by dragging in Calendar view. Does not check for clashes.

Doctors and consultations

Prescriptions and medicines
